Our weight loss program, “Back to Basics” was created by Jen Heathman. Jen herself lost over 100 pounds when she developed the Back to Basics program. The key is understanding carbs and sugars. We focus on each person with manageable goals and realistic expectations. Our customized weight loss program is designed for long term success utilizing education and the use of essential vitamins and minerals to achieve optimal balance. Fad diets are not the best way to lose weight and keep it off. We strive to meet your goals and educate our clients how to obtain healthy eating habits.
